CURIE – short for Colorado Underground Research Institute – will allow researchers to test quantum sensors and more in a very low background environment.
Each year, Mines sponsors a small group of students to participate in the Colorado Science and Engineering Policy Fellowship, immersing them in the legislative process and connecting them with policymakers.
Launched in 2024, Helluva Welcome brings together multiple spring and summer orientation programs at Mines into a single weeklong experience for all incoming students right before the start of the fall semester.
