Administrative staff focus on team-building

Administrative staff from all three colleges and Academic Affairs gathered in Marquez Hall.

Administrative staff from all three colleges and Academic Affairs gathered in Marquez Hall on August 11 for networking and team-building exercises.

Human Resources' Michelle Darveau, assistant director of organizational development, was the guest speaker and led staff through several activities designed to introduce them to people across the university and foster teamwork. Patricipants separated into small groups with colleagues they did not usually work with and answered questions such as "What would you do with an hour of free time?" and "If you could break any rule, what would it be?"
