Mines top-ranked Colorado university in U.S. News and World Report’s 2013 ‘best colleges’ list

GOLDEN, Colo., Sept. 12, 2012 – Once again, Colorado School of Mines is the top-ranked university in the state in the 2013 edition of U.S. News and World Report’s listing of America’s Best Colleges. Mines ranks 32nd among Top Public Schools and is 77th in Best National Universities, both public and private.

Mines also ranks 53rd in the Best Undergraduate Engineering Programs at schools whose highest degree is a doctorate category.
