Mines heading into 'E-pocalypse' March 29-31

GOLDEN, Colo., March 21, 2012 – Colorado School of Mines will celebrate an apocalyptic-themed E-Days March 29-31.
 
Mines students will participate in the traditional ore cart pull on foot from Golden to Denver down Colfax Avenue to the state capitol building beginning at 8 a.m. March 30.
 
Please note: The annual fireworks show has been rescheduled to May 5 at 9:30 p.m. 
 
The 2012 E-Days event lineup features the cardboard boat race at Clear Creek, trebuchet competition, soapbox derby, mining competition and more.
