The conference is hosted and attended by graduate students. Students will be judged on the quality of their presentations and prizes will be given to the top presenters.
“Mines’ annual CEER, organized by our graduate students, is a great way for them to showcase their impressive research to the campus,” said John Poate, vice-president for research and technology transfer. “With the participation of the faculty and administration and some powerful keynote speakers, this event ranks as one of the highlights on campus.”
Salazar's opening keynote presentation is 11 a.m., Feb. 27 in the ballrooms of the Ben Parker Student Center, and Tans' presentation is 3 p.m., Feb. 28, in the Green Center.
