Colorado School of Mines is the top-ranked university in the state in the 2013 edition of U.S. News and World Report’s listing of America’s Best Colleges. Mines ranks 32nd among Top Public Schools and is 77 th in Best National Universities, both public and private. The Denver Post highlighted this ranking.
